State Council)

Explanatory note.

One of the directions of the school's work in summer time - environmental focus. For this purpose, the educational institution provides for the creation of a specialized environmental unit. The creation of specialized environmental teams is one of the most effective forms of environmental education, since it combines environmental holidays, lectures, excursions, observations and research. experiments with natural objects, ecological games, ecological and psychological trainings, reading fiction on environmental topics, educational game situations. The program provides for practical, environmentally oriented and creative activities of children. Theoretical knowledge is consolidated in practice. Thus, the process of training and education is built according to the algorithm scientific research: literature review and detailed study of known data about objects or subjects of research (theory), then practical acquaintance with the object or subject of research in nature.

Along with traditional forms the work uses theatrical games and performances. Theatrical activity is one of the non-traditional forms of environmental education and upbringing of children. Nontraditional, because children reveal environmental problems through costumed theatrical performances with the inclusion of poems, songs, dances, which are aimed at protection and respect for nature.

Ecological theater, along with others, carries a serious educational purpose: to explain to children the need to respect the pristine purity of nature, to show the unattractiveness of consumer recreation, polluting everything around.

Detachment "ECOS" (ecological theater) is created on the basis of the MBOU secondary school of the Lermontovsky rural settlement of the Bikinsky municipal district of the Khabarovsk region.

The environmental squad's program is designed for schoolchildren (grades 5-8). The duration of the program is 18 days, the optimal number of children is 15 people.

The camp is open for the second shift (end of June - beginning of July).

Goal:

    Formation of scientific and cognitive interest in the study of nature in schoolchildren; outdoor activities with learning elements.

    Creation of the most favorable conditions for the development of creative abilities in children.

    Formation in children of the foundations of ecological culture through theatrical activities.

Tasks:

- high-grade active rest of schoolchildren;
- the development of the research interest of schoolchildren;
- ecological education of students, the formation of a positive experience of interaction of the child with the outside world; contribute to the development of a humane attitude towards nature.
- formation of skills and abilities of practical environmentally oriented activities;
- to form in children the ability to establish partnerships through theatrical activities with environmental content.

Develop mental processes: attention, memory, imagination, thinking, speech, emotional-volitional sphere, as well as intellectual, musical and creative abilities.

    G.L. BARSUKOVA,
    head of the children's environmental unit,
    teacher of biology and ecology, Central Orchestra No. 1943, Moscow

    Organization of the work of the environmental team

    The Children's Ecological Mobile Detachment (DEMO) has existed in Center # 1943 since the spring of 2004. The need to create such a movement arose long ago and there were many reasons for this. Our Central Center is located on the very border of Moscow, near Krasnogorsk forest, which is a recreation area for residents of the district and the city of Krasnogorsk. From year to year, the ecological situation in the forest was getting worse. Due to domestic and industrial pollution, many plants perished, animals and birds disappeared.

    The lack of measures aimed at helping the forest, the indifference of the authorities, the low cultural level of the population in general, the lack of objective information about the condition of the forest - this is not a complete list of what made us think. The need for concrete action has become an objective reality. How to get started? Initially I did not want to create just another detachment, a group of children who go to the forest and remove garbage, because the broader goals of such a movement were seen:

    - organize students and involve them in the process of environmental movement;
    - to form in children not only ecological consciousness, but also an active life position.

    The ecological movement of schoolchildren has existed for a long time. His experience, methods and significance are known (for example, school forestry). In our project, it was necessary to combine educational activities among schoolchildren and the adult population of the district; substantiate the need to organize traffic by conducting environmental monitoring of the forest and adjacent areas; to create public opinion and to arouse interest in ecological problems of the forest with the help of the media and cooperation with the administration (district administration).

    We were faced with two main problems:

    1) how to organize a children's environmental movement within one school;

    2) what techniques are better to use for environmental education not only schoolchildren, but also the adult population?

    It seems to us that both problems have been solved. The practical significance of the project for the creation and operation of a children's environmental unit was seen in the following:

    - creation of a methodology for organizing an environmental team in a separate school (SC);
    - development of a system of forest conservation measures carried out jointly with the forestry and the administration;
    - accumulation of experience of interaction of students with the public;
    - organization of children's leisure time;
    - vocational guidance work with high school students;
    - organization of research work with students within the detachment.

    After the goals and objectives were determined, we went directly to work. From stage to stage, not only the form of activity changed - the biocentric worldview of schoolchildren gradually took shape.

    Stage I: "Introductory"

    At this stage, the teacher conducts an introductory excursion to the forest for schoolchildren to show the scale of anthropogenic impact. Based on the results of this excursion, a debate is organized, to which "old-timers" are invited with photographs and videos from 10-15 years ago.

    Stage II: "Ambulance"

    At this stage, a subbotnik is organized. Its purpose is to show the ecological situation in the area of \u200b\u200bthe object as a whole. The second and main goal of this stage is to try to unite the guys into a group that has a common environmental task.

    Stage III: “Attention! Danger! "

    As a result of the subbotnik, students develop a sense of belonging, anxiety for the fate of the forest (river, etc.). something appears that unites children.

    Stage IV: "Act!"

    The students make the main conclusion: one-off events will not solve the problem. At this stage, it is important to organize the work of the detachment in such a way that the guys start looking for ways to solve the problem. The ecological squad is the sum of personalities, children's individualities, each of which can show their abilities in different types activities. For example, you can suggest the following actions:

    - Conducting environmental monitoring of the state of the forest and nearby water bodies;
    - presentation of results and proposals in the mass media of the region, creation of public opinion;
    - familiarizing the district administration with the problems and proposing measures to preserve the object of wildlife;
    - organization of permanent forest harvesting activities within the work of the detachment and together with the district administration, forestry, other schools and local residents.

    Stage V: "Analysis of experience"

    Stage VI: "Continuity"

    It is impossible to imagine the work of the ecological team finished, because all the problems of nature protection cannot be solved at once. The experience of adult children must be passed on to young people who come to replace them.

    The older guys help the squad leader not only in teaching the younger ones, they perform many aspects educational work... A common cause unites students, creates conditions for mutual responsibility and involvement, forms an active life position.

    Summing up the results of the three-year work of DEMO, we can draw some generalizations and conclusions. At different stages of the work of the detachment, we see how the worldview of the guys is gradually changing.

    It is impossible to change the outlook only by ecological landing forces, although their role is very great. Through research activities (study of biocenosis, chemical and ecological tests, environmental monitoring), through the experience of communicating with people (residents and administration of the district, newspaper editorial offices, correspondents), difficult and ungrateful physical work, the experience of combating philistine inertia and public speaking paves the way for a new biocentric worldview.

    You can be sure that children who have gone through such forms of work will grow up to be real personalities, able to defend their position in life and change the world that surrounds them for the better.

    Sigareva Elena Anatolyevna head of the ecological group "ECOvek", d. Yarki, Khanty-Mansiysk region.

    Organization of the work of the environmental team

    "ECOvek"

    The village of Yarki is located on the territory of the Khanty-Mansi region, which is an area rich in forests, animals and birds. From year to year, the ecological situation is getting worse. Due to domestic and industrial pollution, many plants die, and bird animals disappear. Lack of activities aimed at helping nature, indifference of the authorities, low cultural level of the population in general, lack of objective information about the state natural resources - this is a far from complete list of what makes us think. The need for concrete action has become an objective reality.

    How to get started? What are the goals of the eco-movement?

      Organize students and involve them in the environmental movement;

      To form in children not only ecological consciousness, but also an active life position.

      The environmental movement has been around for a long time. But in our case (the village) there is no methodology and experience in organizing the work of the detachments. In my work, I plan to combine educational activities among adolescents and adults in the village; to substantiate the need for the movement of the EKOvek detachment, to monitor the territories adjacent to the forest and rivers; to create public opinion and arouse interest in environmental issues among the villagers in general, to educate the work of the detachment in the media.

      I had a question: What methods are better to use for environmental education not only of adolescents, but also of the adult population?

      For me, the practical significance of the work of the environmental team is as follows:

      Creation of a methodology for organizing the work of the environmental team in a separate institution;

      Development of a system of measures to preserve cleanliness in the territory of the settlement and the adjacent forest zone and water bodies;

      Accumulation of experience of interaction of adolescents with the public;

      Organization of children's leisure in the fresh air (green areas and near water bodies) and in the premises of institutions with an environmental focus;

      Career guidance work with youngsters, together with representatives of local forestry;

      Promotion of a healthy lifestyle and adherence to personal hygiene standards, which is impossible without maintaining cleanliness in their own territories adjacent to the places of residence and the territory of the settlement as a whole;

      Acquisition of the skills of proper nutrition with organic products;

      Campaigning work to involve the population in observing the rules for the use of natural resources.

      I stage: "Introductory"

      At this stage, the leader conducts:

      An introductory excursion to the forest, conducts, together with children, monitoring - identification of the most polluted or polluted streets, parts of the village. Based on the results of the excursion and monitoring, he conducts a debate,

      Organizes events with the provision of figures, facts, photographs, literature informing about the change in the health of the population of the district, district, country due to environmental pollution over the past 15 years (this is the age of children working in the detachment) - how much has the production of fish, forests, natural resources decreased, the number of diseases has increased directly related to environmental pollution;

      Draws up a work plan for the next shift together with teenagers.

      II stage: "Ambulance"

      The main goal of the stage is to unite the guys with a single goal into a group that has an environmental task.

      Manufacturing:

      Tablets with appeals

      Leaflets (propaganda of respect for nature);

      Stands reflecting the most unclean areas of the village - unauthorized dumps, the fault of which is the residents of this settlement;

      Subbotniks held jointly with residents of the village.

      III stage: “Attention! Danger! "

      As a result of cleaning the forest belt, the coastline, the streets of the village, adolescents develop a sense of belonging, anxiety for the fate of the forest (river, etc.). there is something that brings children together.

      IV stage: "Take action!"

      The students make the main conclusion: one-off events will not solve the problem. At this stage, the main thing is to organize the work of the detachment so that the guys themselves begin to search for a solution to the problem. The ecological detachment is the sum of personalities, children's individuals, each of which can show their abilities in different types of activities. For example, you can suggest the following actions:

      Organization of regular events for cleaning forests and reservoirs - subbotniks;

      Promotion of a healthy lifestyle and personal hygiene;

      Organization of events (matinees, interactive games) of environmental orientation;

      Preparation of everyday food from organic products;

      Creation of public opinion.

      V stage: "Analysis of experience"

      This stage not only sums up the work of the detachment as a whole. On it, all members of the children's team are ready to make their choice - both professional and worldview.

      For instance:

      Organize performance of children with reports;

      Prepare a speech by the propaganda team;

      Prepare a stand.

      VI stage: "Continuity"

      It is impossible to imagine the work of the ecological team finished, because all the problems of nature protection cannot be solved at once. The experience of adult children must be passed on to those who come to replace them.

      A common cause unites students, creates conditions for mutual responsibility and involvement, forms an active life position.

      Summing up the work, some generalizations and conclusions can be drawn. At different stages of the detachment's work, we will see how the worldview of the guys is gradually changing.

      It is impossible to change the outlook only by ecological landing forces, although their role is very great. Through research activities (Environmental monitoring), through the experience of communicating with people (residents, representatives of the regional forestry), physical labor, the experience of combating philistine inertia and public speaking pave the way for a new biocentric worldview.

      You can be sure that children who have gone through such forms of work will grow up to be real personalities, able to defend their position in life and change the world that surrounds them for the better.
