In 1993, one of the first Russian non-state educational institutions was a private structure offering the highest level of education - the Moscow New Law Institute. The institution conducts the educational process in accordance with the license and accreditation.
After joining MNYUI metropolitan High school business, the university has two full-fledged faculties and eight legal and financial and economic departments. In addition to four branches and three representative offices, the institute is equipped with a distance learning center.
