Hand-to-hand combat of Russian special forces. Nausea or vomiting in a child should alert parents

Fifty years ago, Leningradskaya Street taught me one rule: if a fight is inevitable, you have to hit first.

It is interesting, but it would seem that elite special power units - the main purpose of which is combat contact with the enemy at extremely close proximity - by definition should be highly effective. (By the way, as it turned out, a carefully developed system of hand-to-hand combat for special units still exists in the United States, and is called (Program for training marines in martial arts), in Russia, as far as I understand, this system is little known. But it’s completely in vain.)) Which to besides, it should be known beyond these power structures... I mean, which are really effective in real use conditions - for example as - the most effective fistfighting system - which is as a subject for study in many higher educational institutions physical culture is constantly being improved by many, many masters. And such a situation in principle - all of which are Olympic sports - always have a scientific base, their own researchers, theorists and practitioners, and in any case there is an exchange of relevant information, novelties and the like. Moreover, all this is quite clearly centralized and well organized in its own way and, of course, is well financed by the state. That is, you can feel the scientific approach, so to speak.

It seems to me that the same should be the case with hand-to-hand combat systems for army and special units - in the field of hand-to-hand combat - there should still be some kind of universal hand-to-hand combat system for law enforcement agencies that would be constantly developed and improved. A kind of "special forces karate" or "special box" - a kind of system for hand-to-hand combat, - aimed at use in real conditions. (It is clear that in fact - - the army does not particularly need such systems - but even so.)

In reality, for example, in Russia there is only one that develops endless and unnecessary ones. But special forces are trained in hand-to-hand combat either from a variety of enthusiastic instructors or from former combat athletes. That, in fact, is more an initiative, so to speak, "from below" rather than a systemic government decision.

(It's interesting how they generally teach hand-to-hand combat in special forces - most likely, at best, a coach is a former athlete, boxer, wrestler or "hand-to-hand" - and he shows everything and everything. Apparently there is nothing else. the trainer is essentially self-sufficient and knows everything that needs to be shown, in principle, there are no further steps.

But on the other hand, there are people who are enthusiasts - who do not allow hand-to-hand combat in the army to fade away.

For example, here is an interesting video - about a man, an instructor of one of the Airborne Forces units, Senior Lieutenant Maxim Rodionov - who, when training paratroopers, uses an independently developed (!!!) methodology - this is such a level - the level of enthusiasts.

Watch - Lessons of Hand-to-Hand Combat. Airborne experience

That is, we can safely say that hand-to-hand combat in special forces seems to exist, but it seems to be not. It's easier to come up with one yourself than to rely on the experience of hand-to-hand combat of the army - it is apparently very meager and bureaucratic and absolutely does not go beyond the experience of an individual.

Maybe this is in its own way and reasonable (by the way, this approach to hand-to-hand combat is perfectly expressed in a rather funny one)

Indeed, the likelihood that a special forces soldier will have to use the skills of hand-to-hand combat - especially without any weapons, in fact, tends to zero. In fact, it is better to focus on increasing the cohesion and organization of the fighters of special units, equipping them with special means of engaging the enemy, means of protection, increasing firepower, increasing moral and volitional qualities and physical capabilities. As if in fact there are other, simpler and more reliable means for increasing the effectiveness of both an individual spetsnaz soldier and the unit as a whole. (In fact, the likelihood that a fighter will be left alone and without weapons is really very small - it is better and more effective to focus on something else.

Although, in principle, why it remains so and one can even say hand-to-hand combat in special units is revered - in my opinion, this is an unsurpassed means for educating a real warrior. For example, a special forces soldier of the GRU is almost immediately associated with a person who, first of all, possesses some secret methods of destroying another person - without weapons. In principle, this is the only thing that remains with a person, for example, who has completed a career in special units - and this, as it were, deliberately and latently causes a certain respect - moral and volitional qualities, and possession of secret techniques.

So what kind of training materials on hand-to-hand combat of special forces are actually available for study - for a martial arts lover.

In fact, I have not come across any real training materials personally on the Web. At the same time, the name "Hand-to-hand combat of the GRU special forces" is a kind of " martial arts dreams ”which no one saw, but which every martial arts lover did not refuse to meet.

Another educational film - "state" and filmed - about training in karate, most likely paratroopers. (But the passage, unfortunately - and curiously, especially about the form, we did not particularly strain: a T-shirt and sports shorts - they understood: the main skill is.) This is how we adopted karate techniques. And why is it so incomprehensible - what is the point?

Watch - Soviet Karate

Another "state" educational film called "Physical training of a paratrooper" from the Film Studio of the USSR Ministry of Defense in 1973 - an interesting technique of hand-to-hand combat that is used in the training of paratroopers. (That is, the film was apparently shot much earlier) - you can see some very peculiar hand-to-hand combat technique. This is some kind of incomprehensible karate, or something - with the complete absence of any technique. A rather funny technique from the point of view of modern knowledge in hand-to-hand combat - people already know, apparently what they have, but what it is they do not yet know. There is apparently very little information about this very karate. Rather a mixture of karate, sambo, boxing and some kind of incomprehensible hand-to-hand combat. Maybe they didn’t know in those days what was needed to be beautiful. So in its own way - in a simple way.

Watch -Physical training paratrooper from the USSR Ministry of Defense Film Studio 1973

A short video "about the training of special forces" - judging by the form already the Russian army of the nineties - if not later. Apparently just a demonstration training, perhaps even one of the special forces - although not a fact. The technique is such - "late" - with such original kicks - those times - with elements of sambo. Quite a common technique, but performed with such an enthusiast. Still nobody is tired of karate. (The video was apparently in color - but made it "black and white" under, so to speak, "old") For something filmed - it is not clear.

Another "state" educational film but produced by the GDR - for soldiers, most likely - but also quite interesting from the point of view of examining educational films for special forces - hand-to-hand combat technique, oddly enough (These films were shown to a wide range of servicemen - or maybe so occasionally when movie projectors were working.)

Watch -Nahkampfausbildung bei der NVA

And another fairly high-quality film "state film" produced by the GDR, but in this case it is directly designed for training soldiers of special units of the GDR army.

Watch - Hand-to-hand combat for special forces of the GDR / Nahkampf für Spezialisten

But there is also a rather funny paradox here - despite the fact that "Hand-to-hand combat of the GRU special forces" is a fairly well-known "brand" (I mean any

I do not know about other armies, but in russian army and special forces, the training system, or more precisely, the study of hand-to-hand combat has gone along a peculiar path - this is the holding of seminars for special forces officers - from various masters of martial arts. I don't know - but often the level of these masters is not something that makes you wish for the best, but in my opinion it simply does not meet the requirements that a hand-to-hand combat instructor for law enforcement agencies should meet.

Watch - Special Forces GRU Hand-to-hand combat according to the Kadochnikov system

By the way, another film from the Ministry of Defense of the USSR - apparently made an impression - a scientific approach using the laws of mechanics - apparently they wanted to introduce something so systematized based on scientific approach... Everything is on a strict scientific approach - in the video there is a scientific word, behind a scientific word - but for some reason you look at Kadochnikov's opponents as cotton dummies move all the time - play along. (But here is the uniqueness of Kadochnikov, in my opinion - a person was able to "sell" his system to the USSR Ministry of Defense !!! - and nobody succeeded - only Kadochnikov. Despite the fact that in fact it is obvious that the system is almost completely divorced from reality - which, as it were, also significantly complicates this task)

Watch - One on one with the enemy

https://youtu.be/kEEqPI_Y85Q

Moreover, the Kadochnikov system gave birth to just the same mass of such systems - where the enemy acts as a soulless cotton dummy, which follows Kadochnikov's adherent like a puppet. A very tempting idea - to control the enemy in this way - to become such a superman or something is the dream of any boy. To defeat everyone - obichik - in such an excellent way. Especially if you returned from special forces - and you know such a system. How cool ...

Watch - Kadochnikov, Starov Ryabko, Vasiliev Russian style of hand-to-hand combat

Also on the Web you can find a lot of training materials that are presented as "hand-to-hand combat for special forces" or for some other special units - it is clear that "Hand-to-hand combat of special forces" can immediately attract the attention of martial arts lovers, but meanwhile, as a rule, these are always ordinary hand-to-hand techniques fight or combat sambo. In this case, the technique of kickboxing is most likely considered as a system of hand-to-hand combat for special forces - people have just been dressed in camouflage uniforms and masks.

Watch - Special Forces GRU

A training video "Hand-to-hand combat of the Airborne Forces", respectively, about hand-to-hand combat for Air Airborne Troops - these are real paratroopers or just people - most likely this is some kind of Sambo section that has released a training video for military personnel. Although people are dressed in "camouflage", as you can see, they are wearing "wrestlers" and for demonstration use sambist jackets. It can be seen that the technique in the film is built around throws and painful holds. Meanwhile, in my opinion, the film is quite solid and is of some interest for martial arts lovers. The throwing technique of sambo wrestling, protection from captures and blows, their combat use... (Moreover, you can see that people demonstrate excellent sambo technique - which in fact is not always seen in training videos).

And unlike the seminars discussed above - the practicality of the technique is obvious - you can see it with the "naked" eye - this technique will work.

So it is quite a worthy training video on sambo and combat sambo - even for the special forces of the GRU.

Watch - Hand-to-hand combat of the Airborne Forces part one

Apparently, the second part of the film about hand-to-hand combat of the Airborne Forces is considered: general physical - warm-up, stretching, striking technique with hands - based on boxing, practicing strikes and defense against strikes based on sambo techniques. (The striking technique of the legs and, accordingly, the training of kicks and protection from them are considered in detail), protection from grabs and protection from knife attacks, protection from threats with a pistol. That is, in these two films under the general title "Hand-to-hand combat of the Airborne Forces" the system of hand-to-hand combat based on sambo, boxing and kickboxing is shown in the most detailed way - and these techniques are quite organically combined with each other. And, in my opinion, by and large it is precisely such a system of hand-to-hand combat of all those considered that is most suitable for training power units. (Relatively "old" films - probably from the nineties - still on videotapes - noticed for some reason they stopped making training films on martial arts - either it is not profitable because of the Internet, or simply people have lost interest in such a video - and it also became unprofitable .)

An educational film called “Applied Special Forces Combinations” - from UNIBOS (Again from special forces or for special forces) - six rather voluminous films - in fact, about UNIBOS “in camouflage” - I don’t know for special forces it is still quite difficult and even somewhat pretentious.

An educational film entitled "Secrets of the Secret Services" in 2004 - most likely - based on the technique of jiu-jitsu. In principle, a very good film - a lot of various techniques and techniques based on the effects on the joints and pain points of a person are shown - quite original and yet practical solutions.

The educational video "Combat system of the GRU special forces - combat captures" - from Vadim Starov - in this video, an interesting technique of liberation from the capture by the lapels - may well work (1:47). (In general, then on Vadim Starov's YouTube channel just a lot of training videos on hand-to-hand combat and self-defense have been posted - according to which it is quite possible to track the stages of development of Vadim Starov's hand-to-hand combat system - which, as it turns out, originates from the Kadochnikov hand-to-hand combat system - the transformation into a practical side is obvious.

An educational film from Vadim Starov "Combat system of the special forces of the NKVD-KGB" lasting 1 hour 20 minutes - also quite an interesting film - about the defeat of a person's pain points - different ways... (But again, one can see the desire to cover all possible methods of defeat - which even go beyond the boundaries of what is possible in hand-to-hand combat) In any case, it is worth looking - there are some rather curious moments.

IV Zaichikov, a trainer and teacher of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Applied and Extreme Sports of the Russian State University of Physical Culture, has developed his own hand-to-hand combat system called "hand-to-hand combat of the Kolotov-Zaichikov version." Also teaches special forces soldiers - hand-to-hand combat.

Is a system of preparation for a tough fight in real combat conditions. The armies of different countries of the world are constantly competing with each other for the right to possess unique ways of training soldiers. American green berets and seals, Korean commandos and Chinese special forces, Russian maroon berets. All of these military forces have their own army hand-to-hand combat systems. However, despite the fact that in the armed forces of each individual state there are often quite exotic methods of training, all systems of army hand-to-hand combat are united by the desire to solve the same task as quickly and efficiently as possible - rapid destruction.

It is not easy for a fighter to understand; to feel in a combat situation, one must be ready for anything. A fighter of a special unit must be able not only to quickly and effectively neutralize an armed enemy, but also, if necessary, to prepare his own weapon for work with lightning speed. In combat conditions, this will help save precious seconds and possibly win. The methodology developed at the department of the University of Physical Education is successfully used in the training of military personnel in the detachments special purpose.

A real fight is always stressful. Appropriate willpower and maximum mobilization of those capabilities of the body. The enemy is unpredictable, cunning and cruel. A moment's hesitation, a wrong movement and a bypassed moment are hopelessly missed. As a result - a lost fight, an unfulfilled task, death. Endurance, strength and dexterity, techniques, practical experience are not enough. You need to be prepared mentally for battle. For this, there is psychological preparation. It is especially effective to practice techniques in conditions of increased noise and light exposure. Experts believe that this is good for training the psyche and consolidating the acquired skills. Experienced fighters know that victory is always on the side of those who are confident in their abilities and are not afraid of defeat. Only by defeating your fear can you defeat the enemy.

The special forces pay very close attention to hand-to-hand combat. You can't do without it at competitions.

Perhaps the fighters do not demonstrate over-graceful technique, there are no high jumps, beautiful movements, but there is a furious and short fight here. The fight is, in fact, for destruction. The main task of the judges is to time the time and stop the fight in time so that the fighters do not injure each other. Absolutely no bias. Because there is a very fierce fight going on. The mental state of a person who is in the mood for such a serious fight, it makes itself felt, and most likely, this is the very big problem... As a rule, three of them are pulled apart. This kind of competition is held once every two years, and is popular among the special forces. Because in these competitions they improve their skills. Your professionalism. This is one of the highest forms of personnel training. You can handle all those questions that they face when performing office tasks. Real office tasks.
