Sometimes, to return a good mood, it is enough to eat a chocolate bar, and sometimes the feeling that you are terribly annoyed by people around you does not go away for months ... Why this happens and how to feel comfortable being among people.

Why can people be annoying? I want to immediately cite the point of view of psychologists - the periodic need for loneliness is the norm, it is inherent in everyone, and it is worth being wary, rather, if a person does not feel this need. Each person needs solitude in different quantities and to varying degrees: someone needs five minutes of reading a newspaper in the toilet for "psychological relaxation", someone needs several hours alone in an apartment, and someone can really relax only in nature when people are not for many kilometers around ... If a person fails to get his own norm of solitude, then various unpleasant phenomena caused by psychological fatigue can begin: irritability, bad mood, fatigue, stress.

If the opportunity to be alone with oneself is not provided for a long time (for example, this often happens to people in the army, in places of confinement), then depression may occur, a person may behave aggressively, kindness, responsiveness, pity, interest in people become dull etc. Sometimes the body can even declare a riot, and the person gets sick! Is it true that the people around can only irritate a person with a bad, quarrelsome character? Has it ever happened to you that at some point people began to annoy you, you expressed your complaints to them, not hiding your desire to leave their society and be alone, and in response you heard: “What does not suit you ?! You just have a bad temper! ”? After this, a pang of conscience rolls over: “But the truth is, no one around does anything bad to me, just people walk around, go about their business, and I rush at everyone with reproaches.

Is there really something wrong with my character? "

If people annoy you infrequently (when you are tired and want to be a little alone with yourself, without communicating with anyone), then everything is fine, this happens to everyone - you just need to satisfy the need for privacy, and then leave the "refuge" with a radiant smile and apologize to everyone you have offended! But if we are talking about the fact that you are constantly annoyed by specific people with whom you have to spend a lot of time nearby (colleagues, relatives, etc.), then this is where the accusation of quarrelsomeness arises. And those who say so are right - no one person can get along equally well with all people! And psychologically it is very difficult to constantly adapt to a person who is not close to you in spirit in order to look sociable and benevolent in his eyes! The best thing is to simply minimize contact with this person. In any case, your character is your character, and no one has the right to re-educate you and demand changes that you yourself do not strive for.

And if someone is strongly dissatisfied with your "quarrelsomeness" - these are definitely not your problems! How to relieve stress from being “in public” and learn how to feel comfortable among strangers? Almost all modern citizens have to spend a lot of time in the company of strangers - at work, in transport, on the street, etc. And when, after a day full of communication with strangers, you come home, you seem to want to pay due attention to your household, but psychological fatigue takes over, and relatives begin to annoy too ...

What to do? Follow a few simple tips: If possible, do not communicate with those with whom you do not want to communicate at the moment. You don't have to break into smiles and maintain a conversation if you don't want to - nodding and nodding is enough to maintain etiquette. Keep your distance between yourself and strangers. For example, why does no one like the hustle and bustle on buses - there are the same people who walk on the street at a distance of several meters from each other? And that's why - the closer strangers are to you, the more annoying they are, even if they don't do anything wrong. The optimal distance for communicating with a stranger is 1.5 m. From time to time people annoy everyone - this is not an anomaly! The main thing is to be able to restore your psychological comfort and not to torment others with your irritation. Is this not true love for neighbors ?!

They appear not because of the cold, but because of viruses. When the smallest viral particles enter the body and begin to multiply, we get sick: the temperature rises, the throat hurts, weakness, runny nose and cough appear. The best way to stay healthy is to be exposed to viruses as little as possible. There are simple prevention methods for this.

1. Wash your hands often

And other people, other lives, no, no, and they will hook us with their perfection, their ideal suitability for us, their beauty and inaccessibility. And now it happened. Hello winter depression in all its glory. But deep down, you know this is nonsense, right? Let's deal with this before you really believe that someone else's life suits you better!

Any dream is a picture. A certain image in which everything is fine, but often lacks details. Here's a trip to Morocco, for example - it's warmth, sun, exoticism, beautiful views, incredible decor, patterns, old palaces. And it's also dirt, which for some reason few people talk about on Instagram, beggars, smells, bad roads, sometimes condemning looks and whispers behind their backs. And also, of course, expenses for which, perhaps, I had to give up something or work even more, this organizational issues, which not everyone enjoy, it is difficult communication for those who do not speak at least French, this is a cuisine that not everyone likes.

But my “ideal” life on the ocean shore is not only about long walks, air and beautiful landscapes. This is also about tourists who, 4 months a year, walk almost naked on the streets, litter and shout, and about the infrastructure that is dying out during the rest of the year. About disgusting food, about exhausting winter dampness, about the impossibility of obtaining most of the goods and services at the usual Moscow level, or even getting them at all. About the language barrier, about the absence of museums, theaters and concert halls and cozy establishments, about the difficulty in creating a circle of friends that would be as warm as the one that remained in Moscow. About the impossibility of finding colleagues and colleagues with whom one could develop and create joint projects. And to "the rest of Europe" is far and expensive, and friends almost never come to visit.

I can also use my example, which is closer to the body, to tell you about the delights of remote work and my own business. There are a lot of them, believe me. And I am especially pleased to tell you about this at two o'clock in the morning (and I also need to write out several TORs for remote workers, because it is impossible to hold a meeting, and also to shower and prepare lunch for tomorrow). ? It's simple, you just need to sleep 5 hours a day, and then you will definitely have time for everything and take a walk to the ocean :)

I think you already understand what I mean. I mean that every beautiful picture has a price and a downside. Any ideal option that seems to you better than yours is still not ideal, everyone pays the price in their life for their choice, even those who, as if, got everything on a silver platter. Don't you know a single deeply traumatized child of rich parents, or a single unhappy wife in a golden cage, for example? People with an ideal life and a healthy psyche are museum pieces.

When dreams collide with reality, the magical flair dissipates, and any dream scenario becomes just another possible scenario that might actually be perfect for you, but it is hardly simple and requires no effort.

If you have no idea what is important to you and where you want to be, it will be very difficult for you to get there, and you will put all your efforts in a completely random order, hoping that the result will magically make you happy. Such a pissed-off navigator can take you anywhere.

And the goals that you have set for yourself are a subject for constant reassessment. Are these really your goals? Did you invent them for yourself, or did others impose them on you? Were you brave when you set such goals? Have you been holding yourself back, adjusted for your potential (which does not seem to you enough for what you really want).

Perhaps you really want what others have, but you set more modest goals for yourself, because you consider this your ceiling. Or even decide to move at the direction of other people. So what result should be expected in this case?

Goals are your own business and should ignite you. And your "ceiling" is able to surprise you, believe me! Therefore, keep only those goals that add energy to you, and then test your actions against one simple criterion: how it brings you closer to your goals. And next year, your own results will delight you much more.

As for responsibilities, everyone has them. But some of us voluntarily take on things that we don't have to take on. We do something for others, deciding that it is important to them, and they do not even notice the difference. We allow independent adults to sit on our necks. We are afraid to delegate, believing that our time is cheaper than the time of other people, and our skills are out of competition.

Routine is important, routine sets the outline of our life. But routine almost never forms movement and qualitative changes. And if we put most of our efforts in the area of \u200b\u200bour responsibilities, then it is not surprising that we are marking time and envy someone else's life.

Sometimes all ingenious is simple. A tired person sees everything in black, is not able to celebrate his victories, he is simply physically ill, he does not have enough strength to enjoy life - after all, this also requires energy! And sometimes even the longest vacation is not enough to get back in shape. Because rest is also an art. And choosing the right rest for the right type of fatigue is a double art.

It is important to study yourself and remember how certain activities affect your condition. Sooner or later, you will have a card index of the right vacationers for all occasions. In the meantime, try to listen to yourself right now and hear your inner desires and needs.

And if you want to lie on a log - perhaps this is also worth doing, the main thing is not to get carried away. But if you want to go somewhere and do something, but instead you habitually lie on a log, do what you want. Mobilize! As an experiment, or at least for me.

A fulfilled life begins with self-care, and physical comfort is the number one step along the way.

RIGHT NOW, DO SOMETHING FROM THE "COOL" LIFE OF OTHERS

This point is very similar to the first one. This is a beautiful and, most importantly, a practical myth debunking exercise.

I thought that I wanted to travel more and be able to leave for a long time. In practice, it turned out that it was hard for me to leave home and that I miss my life and work, and best of all I am shaken and inspired by short trips, and not necessarily far. And the passion for long trips before was also not what it seemed, rather, it was an escape from a life that did not satisfy in itself.

It also seemed to me that sitting on a manicure is very boring and an unbearable waste of time. Now these are my personal 30 minutes, in which I can legally do nothing, read nothing useful, not talk to anyone (if the master is lucky) and not even think about anything - and this is truly a luxury.

Not all theories are easy and simple to test, but dreaming about someone else's life without having any idea about it is a very dangerous activity. However, how to deny it without trying!

Once, allowing myself to be carried away on the wave of envy of someone else's life, I conducted a simple experiment. Lived for one day the life of a super-organized, efficient and energetic girl with a perfect balance of entertainment and work and very right hobbies. Strictly according to the list, step by step. Then another one. And further. To do this, you really do not need to be her, for three days you can hold out solely on enthusiasm and curiosity.

And what I understood is that I am not ready for her yet. Or maybe I don’t want to. And that I am uncomfortable in this "ideal" life, but in mine I am much happier. And this is not about a painful exit from the comfort zone, this is about the fact that any ideal is a spherical horse in a vacuum, and we come to our personal recipe for an ideal life through trial, error, awareness and respect for our true needs. Maybe your experiment will show the opposite, and a new sensation will become a real incentive to change something.

We often think in some formulaic plots. The businessman believed that lying in pleasure is possible only when a successful business rustles quietly somewhere. And in some ways he is right. But you can lie down for 30 minutes in pleasure right now!

Sometimes it seems to us that we can only eat ice cream on a bench in the park in Prada and if our Bentley is parked around the corner, and you can only enjoy a beautiful sunset in Thailand, and it is very important that we drink mango smoothies and walk for a massage.

But, as much as we like good things and distant countries, the key moments in these stories may not be about Prada and Thailand at all, but about ice cream and a sunset, or more precisely, about enjoying the moment, taste, beauty of nature, serenity, a pause in the usual high-speed course of life.

It all depends on the ability to see the essence of things. What is important for you in an idealized picture of an alien world - the scenery or the emotions with which it is filled? You can get pleasure and emotions from what is available to you right now, what is happening right now. Therefore, do not wait for the perfect moment, but just do what will give you the desired emotions, and this is definitely not the only, expensive and inaccessible option. There are many paths leading to the same place!

Please do not forget why you want all that you want, and remember that pleasure is not a carrot in front of a donkey's nose, it is an important fuel on the way to larger goals, which may take a little longer to move towards. And happiness is a way of life, a way of looking at the world, and not a consequence of external circumstances.

Love yourself, your features, your achievements and your life! Be honest with yourself, but don't be hard on yourself. Change what you don't like, value what you have, be mindful of your goals, and take the time to do things that bring you closer to them.

He is able to push us to new ideas, teach a lot and save a lot of time, he changes someone completely, helps someone to believe that everything is possible. But real happiness can only be given to you by your own, unique and tailored life just for you.

Often you can see a white pimple on the eye, which looks like a small nodule of white-yellow color. What is it? Such formations are called milia. They are single. They can be located in groups in the form of an accumulation of rashes (on the lower and upper eyelids). Such pimples do not cause discomfort, but give the face an unaesthetic look.

Manifestation of milia

Small rashes near the eye are whiteheads. They form when the sebaceous gland becomes clogged. In this case, the contents cannot come out and a white pimple forms, for example, on the lower eyelid.

Milium does not cause anxiety (no itching and pain), does not form a focus of inflammation. The nodules are dense to the touch. By appearance these nodules resemble millet grains, therefore their common name is "millet". At the first appearance, a white pimple on the eyelid or on the delicate skin under the eyes is very small (no more than a millimeter).

Over time, it increases and can reach the size of a match head. More often acne does not occur one at a time, but are arranged in a kind of colonies.

Why does a white pimple appear on the eyelid or near the eye?

There are many factors provoking the appearance of milia, including on the lower and upper eyelids:

  • improper use of care products and decorative cosmetics (cream, powder, tonal means), which contributes to the clogging of pores;
  • oily skin type;
  • hormonal disruptions in the body (especially in adolescence);
  • disturbances in the work of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas;
  • high blood cholesterol;
  • dietary habits (eating a lot of fried, salted, smoked food);
  • ultraviolet irradiation (on the beach or in a solarium).

If white pimples appear on the eyelids or under the eyes, then this speaks not only of an aesthetic problem, but also of the need to visit a doctor and cosmetologist. Identifying and eliminating the cause of nodules is a necessary condition for effective treatment.

How to get rid of milia?

Laser acne removal is a modern and effective method. Under the influence of the laser, the nodule is removed. There is a kind of cauterization of the milium. A crust forms at the treatment site, which dries up within a few days, and then disappears on its own. The place of exposure to the beam should be treated with disinfectants. With proper care, no scars remain at the site of the pimple.

Electrocoagulation. The principle of getting rid of pimples is similar to the previous one. The difference is that milium can be removed not with a laser, but under the influence electric current (variable, high frequency). The result of this treatment is good. The crust that appears after the action of the current dries quickly. In this case, the wound must be lubricated with an antiseptic in order to speed up healing. There are no marks on the skin after such a procedure.

Yeast mask

Ingredients: fresh yeast (1 dessert spoon), lemon juice (1 tablespoon), 3% hydrogen peroxide (1 tablespoon), liquid honey (1 tablespoon).

Mode of application. Mix all the components, heat (you can put the container in hot water for 10 minutes). Apply the warm mixture to your face for 15 minutes. After drying, wash off the mask with water at room temperature. The face must be lubricated with a nourishing cream.

Pumpkin mask

Ingredients: grated pumpkin pulp, sour cream.

Mode of application. Mix the pumpkin and sour cream until a thick mass is formed. Spread the mixture on the milia area (eyelid area). The duration of the procedure is 15 minutes.

Paraffin mask

Ingredients: white paraffin wax (70 g).

Mode of application. Heat the paraffin in a water bath. Treat the face with a solution containing alcohol. Apply a thin layer of paraffin wax to your face. Apply the next layer after paraffin has set. Make multiple layers. When the mask has cooled down, you can remove it.

Cucumber compress

Ingredients: cucumber (chopped on a grater), water (or a mixture of water and milk).

Mode of application. Grated cucumber (without skin seeds) pour over hot water before education homogeneous mass... Wrap the container (you can use a warm blanket) and leave for about an hour.

From gauze or cotton fabric (chintz, coarse calico) make a mask with cutouts for the eyes and mouth. Wet the mask with the resulting solution and put on the face (20 minutes). To get rid of milia, it is recommended to carry out this procedure every day.

Viburnum mask

Ingredients: viburnum berries, oat flour
