Samara State Medical University (SamSMU) was organized in 1919, when, in accordance with the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR, a medical faculty was opened at the Samara State University. The Samara College of Construction and Entrepreneurship was founded on July 1, 1993 by Order of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Architecture and Construction No. 17-50 dated June 25, 1993 on the basis of the Samara Transport Construction Technical School (founded in 1951) and the Samara Construction College (founded in 1917). In 2011, in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of 23.12.2011. № 2874 College becomes a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Moscow State University of Civil Engineering". As a result of the union of the college and the university, whose educational activities are of interregional importance in the staffing of the construction industry, it is planned to solve urgent problems corresponding to modern socio-economic conditions.

At present, the Volga State University of Telecommunications and Informatics is known in the world as one of the four Russian centers conducting scientific research and large-scale training of specialists in the areas of telecommunications, radio engineering, informatics and economics. It includes the Samara College of Communications, the Stavropol and Orenbursk branches. PSUTI implements a flexible multi-level education system - from training a qualified worker to a doctor of sciences. Training is conducted on a state budget and contract basis. There are a variety of educational programs, both in areas and specialties, as well as in forms and periods of study. Training of engineers is carried out in a shortened training period on the basis of secondary vocational education, as well as training of economists and engineers with a second higher education.

Today the Samara branch is a multilevel educational institution, which has passed from the stage of reorganization to a mode of stable functioning. Based on the continuity of the best traditions and their multiplication in all types of activities, the branch implements in accordance with the license: basic educational programs of higher professional education and vocational education for the training of water transport specialists; continuing education programs; within the framework of continuing professional education - implements programs for improving the qualifications of seafarers.

Today SGSPU is one of the largest institutions of higher education in the Volga region, consisting of 10 faculties, departments, interfaculty departments and laboratories. In our university, over 7000 students study in various disciplines, and 400 teachers teach. 1. General Provisions

1.1. The rules for admission to the Samara Financial and Economic College - a branch of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter - the RULES) regulate the procedure for admission of citizens of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - citizens, applicants), foreign citizens, persons without citizenship, including compatriots abroad (hereinafter referred to as foreign citizens, persons entering) the Samara Financial and Economic College - a branch of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as BRANCH) for training in basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education of basic or advanced training at the expense of the federal budget, under agreements with payment of tuition fees with legal entities and (or) individuals (hereinafter - an agreement with payment of the cost training), and also determines the features of the entrance examinations for citizens with disabilities.


1.2. The RULES are developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 15, 2009 No. 4 "On approval of the procedure for admission to state-accredited educational institutions of secondary vocational education" (as amended by Orders of the Ministry of Education and science of the Russian Federation dated 01.01.2001 No. 98, dated 01.01.2001 No. 000), by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 11, 2010 No. 2 "On Amending the Procedure for Admission to State Accredited Educational Institutions of secondary vocational education, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 01.01.01, No. 4 ", Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 01.01.2001, No. 000 (as amended on 01.01.2001)" On approval of the list of introductory tests in 2010 in educational institutions of secondary and higher professional image state accreditation in the specialties of secondary vocational education "(registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 03.10.2008 No. 000) other regulations in force in the field of education, the Charter of the federal state educational institution of higher professional education" Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation ", Regulations about the Samara College of Finance and Economics - a branch of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation".

1.3. Admission of citizens to the BRANCH for secondary vocational education is carried out on the basis of applications from persons:

Those who have secondary (complete) general education or primary vocational education - on the basis of the results of the unified state examination in general subjects: "Russian language", "Mathematics";

Those who have primary vocational education and enter the BRANCH for a specialty corresponding to the profile of his initial vocational education, including for training in an abbreviated program, in accordance with the results of the entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH in general subjects: "Russian language", "Mathematics";

Those who have a secondary (complete) general education received before January 1, 2009 (for admission to study by correspondence education) - in accordance with the results of entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH in general subjects: "Russian language", "Mathematics";

Those who have a secondary (complete) general education received in educational institutions of foreign countries - in accordance with the results of entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH in general subjects: "Russian language", "Mathematics";

Those who have secondary vocational education or higher professional education, including for training in an abbreviated program, in accordance with the results of the entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH in general subjects: "Russian language", "Mathematics".

Admission to the BRANCH for secondary vocational education at the expense of the federal budget is carried out on a competitive basis, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The admission conditions guarantee the observance of the right of citizens to education and enrollment of persons most capable and prepared to master the basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education of basic or advanced training.

1.4. Citizens with disabilities (persons with disabilities in physical and (or) mental development, including deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, with severe speech impairments, with musculoskeletal disorders and others) are accepted as based on the results of a single state exam, and on the basis of the results of entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH (in the absence of the results of the unified state exam), the specifics of which are established by section 7 of these RULES.

1.5. The results of the unified state exam, recognized as the results of the entrance examinations, and confirming the successful completion of the entrance examinations in the general subjects "Russian language", "Mathematics", should not be lower than the minimum number of points established by the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science based on the results of the unified state examinations in these general education subjects, confirming the development of the main general education program of secondary (complete) general education in accordance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard in the current year.

1.6. Without entrance tests, the BRANCH admits winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, members of the national teams of the Russian Federation that participated in international Olympiads in general subjects and formed in the manner determined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, in specialties corresponding to the profile of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, international Olympiad.

1.7. Out of competition, subject to successful completion of the entrance examinations, the BRANCH will accept:

Orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons under the age of 23 from among orphans and children left without parental care;

Disabled children, invalids of I and II groups, who, according to the conclusion of the federal institution of medical and social expertise, are not contraindicated in education in the relevant educational institutions;

Citizens under the age of 20 who have only one disabled parent of group I, if the average per capita family income is below the subsistence level established in the corresponding constituent entity of the Russian Federation;

Servicemen doing military service under contract (with the exception of officers), the continuous duration of military service under the contract is at least three years in accordance with the Rules for the training of military personnel doing military service under contract (with the exception of officers) in state and municipal educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education and preparatory departments (courses) of federal state educational institutions of higher vocational education, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 7, 2006 No. 78 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation 2006, No. 2, Art. 789; 2007, No. 37 , art. 4452);

1.8. The priority right for admission to the BRANCH is enjoyed by:

Citizens dismissed from military service, children of military personnel who died in the performance of military service duties or died as a result of military injury or illness;

Children of persons killed or died as a result of military injury or diseases received by them while participating in counter-terrorism operations and (or) other measures to combat terrorism. The procedure for determining persons who took part in the conduct of counterterrorist operations and (or) other measures to combat terrorism is established in accordance with federal laws;

1.9. The volume and structure of admission of students at the expense of the federal budget (hereinafter referred to as budget places) are determined in accordance with the tasks (check figures) set by the BRANCH annually by the federal state educational institution of higher professional education "Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation".

1.10. The BRANCH has the right to carry out targeted admission of citizens within budgetary places in accordance with agreements concluded with state authorities, local authorities in order to assist them in training specialists with secondary vocational education and organize a separate competition for these places.

1.11. The BRANCH has the right to carry out, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education, admission in excess of the established budget places for training on the basis of contracts with payment of the cost of training. At the same time, the total number of students in the BRANCH should not exceed the maximum number established in the license for the right to conduct educational activities.

1.12. In 2010, the admission of citizens to study at the BRANCH is carried out in the following specialties of secondary vocational education:

080106 "Finance" (by industry);

080110 "Banking";

Annual rules for admission to the BRANCH;

The list of specialties for which the BRANCH announces admission in accordance with the license for the right to conduct educational activities (with the allocation of forms of education (full-time, part-time), indicating the main professional educational programs of secondary vocational education, basic and (or) advanced training) and education required for admissions (secondary (complete) general, primary vocational, secondary vocational, higher vocational education,);

A list of entrance examinations, forms of their conduct, programs of entrance examinations, a system of assessing knowledge upon admission in each specialty;

Features of the entrance examinations for citizens with disabilities;

the ability to accept applications and necessary documents provided for by these RULES in electronic digital form;

Information on the timing of the unified state exam, established by the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, for passing the unified state exam by persons who do not have the results of the unified state exam.

The total number of places for admission for each specialty;

The number of budget places for admission in each specialty;

The number of budget places allocated for targeted admission in each specialty;

The number of places in each specialty under contracts with payment of tuition fees;

the procedure for organizing admission (the BRANCH has the right to conduct an admission without registering in the application of the specialty, while the applicant must be familiarized (against receipt) with the conditions on the basis of which the specialty for which he will be trained will subsequently be determined);

Rules for filing and considering appeals based on the results of admissions tests;

Information about the availability of the hostel and the number of places in the hostel for nonresident applicants;

3.4. The information mentioned in clauses 3.2 and 3.3 of these RULES is placed on the information stand of the selection committee and on the official website of the BRANCH in Russian and English.

During the period of acceptance of documents, the admission committee of the BRANCH daily informs about the number of applications submitted, the competition and the delivery of entrance examinations in each specialty, organizes the functioning of special telephone lines to answer all questions of applicants.

Information on the number of applications submitted, including the surname list of persons who submitted an application to the competition and the results of passing the entrance examinations, is presented for each specialty, highlighting the forms of obtaining education, indicating the main professional educational programs of secondary vocational education of basic and (or) advanced training) and posted on the official website of the BRANCH and at the information stand of the selection committee.

4. Reception of documents from applicants

4.1. Acceptance of documents for training in basic professional educational programs of secondary vocational education:

For persons applying for full-time education, it starts on June 15 and ends on August 15;

For persons applying for correspondence education, it starts on June 15 and ends on September 19.

Applicants who do not have the results of the unified state exam must register by July 5 for the unified state exam in accordance with the procedure for holding the unified state exam, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 57 dated February 24, 2009 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation March 26, 2009, registration number 000).

4.2. Admission to the BRANCH for training in basic vocational educational programs of secondary vocational education is carried out at the personal application of applicants.

The applicant has the right to apply simultaneously to several educational institutions, for several specialties, for various forms of education, according to which the main professional educational programs of secondary vocational education are implemented in the BRANCH, as well as simultaneously for budgetary places and places under contracts with payment of tuition fees.

4.3. When applying for admission to the BRANCH, the applicant submits:

Upon admission on the basis of secondary (complete) general education or primary vocational education - documents proving his identity (original or photocopy), at his discretion, the original or a photocopy of the state-recognized education document, and can also submit the original certificate of the results of the unified state exam or his photocopy (for applicants based on the results of the unified state examination);

Upon admission on the basis of primary vocational education, secondary vocational education, higher vocational education for training in an abbreviated program - documents proving his identity (original or photocopy), at his discretion, the original state-issued document on education or its photocopy.

Persons who have completed military service by conscription and dismissed from military service, who have the right to use the results of the unified state exam passed by them during the year prior to being called up for military service within a year after being discharged from military service, present a military card upon admission to the BRANCH.

4.4. Persons with special rights upon admission to the BRANCH, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, present, at their discretion, the original or a photocopy of the relevant documents when submitting an application.

Persons with disabilities, when submitting an application, submit, at their discretion, an original or a photocopy of one of the following documents:

The conclusion of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission;

Certificate of disability, issued by the federal institution of medical and social expertise.

Disabled children, people with disabilities of I and II groups, who, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", have the right to be admitted to educational institutions out of competition, subject to successful passing of entrance examinations, present at their discretion the original or a photocopy of the certificate of establishment disability and conclusions on the absence of contraindications for training in an educational institution, issued by the federal institution of medical and social expertise.

4.5. Upon admission for training in the main vocational educational program of secondary vocational education, applications are accepted from persons who have a state-recognized document on secondary (complete) general education, primary vocational, secondary vocational or higher vocational education.

4.6. In the application, applicants record the fact of familiarization with the Regulations on the Samara Financial and Economic College - a branch of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation", a license for the right to conduct educational activities, a certificate of state accreditation and annexes to them in the chosen specialty (or lack of this certificate) and is certified by the applicant's personal signature.

In the same order, the applicant's signature is also recorded as follows:

Information about the passing of the unified state exam and its results or the place of passing the unified state exam in additional terms of the unified state exam;

Receiving secondary vocational education for the first time;

Acquaintance with the date of submission of the original state-recognized education document;

Familiarization with the rules for filing an appeal for admission based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH;

Consent to the processing of your personal data in the manner prescribed by the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2006, No. 31, Art. 3451).

If there are several results of the unified state exam, the validity of which has not expired, the applicant indicates in the application which results of the unified state exam and in which general subjects he uses.

If the applicant provides information that does not correspond to reality, the BRANCH has the right to return the documents to the applicant.

4.7. The collection of fees from applicants when submitting documents, as well as the requirement from applicants to provide originals of a state-recognized education document, a certificate of the results of a unified state examination or the provision of other documents not provided for by these RULES is prohibited.

4.8. Persons entering target places, along with the documents specified in clause 4.3 of these RULES, present the original state-recognized document on education.

4.9. An application for admission, as well as the necessary documents, can be sent by applicants through public postal operators in accordance with the Federal Law of July 7, 2003 "On Communications" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2003, No. 28, Art. 2895; 2004, No. 35, art. 3607; No. 45, art. 4377; 2005, No. 19, art. 9752; 2006, No. 6, art. 636; No. 10, art. 1069; No. 31, art. 3452; 2007, No. 1, Art. 8; No. 7, Art. 835; 2008, No. 18, Art. 294).

The date of sending the documents must be no later than August 5.

Acceptance of documents sent through public postal operators ends on August 15.

When sending documents through public postal operators, the applicant, to the application for admission, encloses photocopies of documents proving his identity and citizenship, a photocopy of a state-recognized education document, as well as other documents provided for by these RULES.

Documents are sent to the applicant through the operators of the postal service of general use by mail with a notification and a list of attachments. The notification and the list of attachments are the basis for confirming the receipt of the applicant's documents.

4.10. For each applicant, a personal file is set up, in which all submitted documents and materials for passing entrance examinations are kept (including an extract from the protocol of the decision of the BRANCH Appeal Commission).

The personal files of applicants are kept in the BRANCH for six months from the date of the start of accepting documents.

4.11. An applicant, upon personal presentation of documents, is issued a receipt for the acceptance of documents.

4.12. Applicants who have submitted deliberately forged documents to the selection committee are liable under the laws of the Russian Federation.

5. Entrance tests

5.1. When accepting citizens entering on the basis of secondary (complete) general education, primary vocational, secondary vocational or higher vocational education for training in basic vocational educational programs of secondary vocational education, including for training in abbreviated programs, two entrance examinations, one of which is Russian as the state language of the Russian Federation, the second - in accordance with the List of entrance examinations - mathematics.

5.2. The results of all entrance examinations are assessed on a 100-point scale.

5.3. Entrance tests are carried out in writing.

5.4. At the entrance examinations, a calm and friendly atmosphere is provided, the applicants are given the opportunity to fully demonstrate the level of their knowledge and skills.

5.5. It is forbidden to count as the entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH, the final exams at the preparatory courses at the BRANCH.

With the participation of an applicant in the competition on the basis of the results of the unified state exam, he is not allowed to take the entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH.

The results of entrance tests for admission to full-time education are recognized by the BRANCH as the results of entrance tests for other forms of education and (or) learning conditions.

5.6. The schedule of entrance examinations (subject, date, time, examination group and place of the exam, consultations, date of announcement of the results) is approved by the chairman of the selection committee or his deputy and communicated to applicants no later than June 20.

Applicants take entrance tests in Russian.

5.7. For applicants to budget places (by general competition, by targeted admission, eligible for out-of-competition admission), as well as to places under contracts with payment of tuition fees for a certain specialty, the same entrance tests are held.

5.8. Persons who took the documents after the completion of the acceptance of documents, including those who received a result in the entrance examinations below the established minimum number of points, confirming the successful passage of the entrance examinations, drop out of the competition.

5.9. Persons who did not appear for the entrance examinations for a good reason (illness or other circumstances confirmed by documents) are admitted to them in parallel groups, at the next stage of the entrance examinations or individually until they are completed.

6. The procedure for conducting entrance examinations

6.1. Entrance tests are carried out in several streams as the examination groups are formed from among the persons who submitted documents for admission to the BRANCH. At the same time, the applicant's repeated participation in the admission tests is not allowed.

In 2010, the BRANCH set the following terms for the entrance examinations:

6.2. Persons who did not appear for the entrance examinations without a valid reason, as well as those who took their documents during the period of entrance examinations, drop out of the competition and are not enrolled in the BRANCH.

6.3. Re-passing the entrance test upon receiving an unsatisfactory mark and re-taking the admissions test in order to improve the mark is not allowed.

7. Features of the entrance examinations

for people with disabilities

7.1. Citizens with disabilities, if they do not have the results of a unified state exam, pass entrance examinations conducted by the BRANCH in general subjects: "Russian language", "Mathematics", in writing, taking into account the peculiarities of psychophysical development, individual capabilities and state of health (hereinafter - individual characteristics) of such applicants.

7.2. The entrance test in the Russian language can be carried out in the form of a statement or dictation.

7.3. When conducting entrance examinations, the following requirements are met:

Entrance tests are held in a separate auditorium, the number of applicants in one auditorium should not exceed 12 people. It is allowed to have a larger number of applicants with disabilities present in the audience during the entrance test, as well as to conduct entrance examinations for persons with disabilities in the same audience together with applicants without disabilities, if this does not create difficulties for applicants upon passing entrance test;

The duration of the entrance examinations, at the request of the applicant, can be increased in relation to the time of the unified state examination in the relevant general education subject, but by no more than 1.5 hours;

The presence of an assistant who provides applicants with the necessary technical assistance, taking into account their individual characteristics (take a workplace, move around, read and complete the assignment, communicate with the examiner);

Applicants are provided with a printed extract from these RULES, containing the specifics of the admissions tests;

Applicants, taking into account their individual characteristics, can use the necessary technical means in the process of passing the entrance test;

The material and technical conditions should ensure the possibility of unhindered access to audiences, restrooms and other premises, as well as their stay in the specified premises (the presence of ramps, handrails, widened doorways, elevators, in the absence of elevators, the audience should be located on the ground floor, the presence of special chairs and other devices).

Additionally, during the admissions tests, the following requirements are met, depending on the categories of applicants with disabilities:

a) for the blind:

Tasks for performance at the entrance examinations, as well as an extract from these RULES, containing the specifics of the entrance examinations, are read by the assistant;

b) for the visually impaired:

Individual uniform illumination of at least 300 lux is provided;

Applicants are provided with a magnifying device to complete the assignment, if necessary;

Tasks to be completed, as well as an extract from these RULES, containing the specifics of the entrance examinations, are issued in enlarged font 16-20;

c) for the deaf and hard of hearing:

The availability of sound-amplifying equipment for collective use is ensured; if necessary, applicants are provided with sound-amplifying equipment for individual use;

d) for persons with disorders of the musculoskeletal system (severe disorders of motor functions of the upper limbs or the absence of upper limbs):

Written tasks are dictated to the assistant during the execution;

At the request of applicants, all entrance tests can be conducted orally.

8. General rules for filing and considering appeals

8.1. According to the results of the admissions test, the applicant has the right to submit to the appeal commission a written statement of appeal about the violation, in his opinion, of the established procedure for conducting the test and (or) disagreement with his (their) results (hereinafter - the appeal).

An applicant can familiarize himself with his work in the manner prescribed by the Regulations on the admission, subject examination and appeal commissions of the Samara College of Finance and Economics - a branch of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation".

8.2. Consideration of an appeal is not a retake of the exam. During the consideration of the appeal, only the correctness of the assessment of the results of passing the entrance test is checked.

8.3. The appeal is filed by the applicant in person on the next day after the announcement of the exam score. At the same time, the applicant has the right to familiarize himself with his examination work in the manner established by the Regulations on the admission, subject examination and appeal commissions of the Samara College of Finance and Economics - a branch of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation".

The selection committee ensures that appeals are received throughout the working day.

Consideration of appeals is carried out within a day after the day of familiarization with the examination papers.

8.4. The composition of the appeal commission is approved by the director of the BRANCH and includes, in addition to the employees of the BRANCH, a representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Samara Region, as an independent expert.

8.5. The applicant has the right to be present during the consideration of the appeal.

The applicant must have with him an identity document and an examination sheet.

8.6. One of his parents or legal representatives, except for minors recognized in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation as fully capable before reaching the age of majority, has the right to be present with an applicant (under 18).

8.7. After consideration of the appeal, the decision of the appeal commission is made on the assessment of the exam (both in the case of its increase or decrease).

8.8. In the event of a disagreement in the appeal commission, a vote is taken and the decision is approved by a majority vote.

The decision of the appeal commission drawn up in the minutes is brought to the attention of the applicant (against signature).

9. The procedure for organizing targeted admission

9.1. Targeted admission is carried out on the basis of a separate competition among citizens, sent by state authorities and local authorities to target places specially allocated by the BRANCH within budget places.

9.2. The number of places for targeted admission to the specialty 080601 "Finance" (by industry) is determined by the BRANCH and is:

15 - for full-time education;

9 - for extramural education.

If it is necessary for the BRANCH to establish a higher proportion of applicants for targeted admission, it is agreed with the founder.

9.3. The number of target places cannot be increased during the admission of documents, entrance examinations and enrollment.

9.4. In the event that the parties agreeing with the BRANCH do not provide a competition aimed at target places, the selection committee is obliged to reduce the number of allocated target places, notify the relevant state or municipal authorities and applicants to target places.

9.5. Persons who have not passed the competition for target places can, on the basis of the available results of entrance examinations and the unified state examination, be admitted under various conditions of admission to any form of education in the BRANCH.

9.6. Target places remaining vacant after passing the entrance examinations and admission are provided to persons participating in the general competition.

All procedures for targeted admission are formalized in the protocols of the BRANCH selection committee.

10. Enrollment in the BRANCH

10.1. Enrollment is carried out after the completion of the entrance examinations and ends:

11. Features of the reception of foreign citizens

11.1. The admission of foreign citizens to the BRANCH for training in basic educational programs of secondary vocational education is carried out under agreements with payment of the cost of training by individuals and (or) legal entities within the number established by the license for the right to conduct educational activities.

11.2. Acceptance of documents from foreign citizens for training in basic educational programs of secondary vocational education is carried out in the following terms:

For persons applying for full-time education, it starts on June 15 and ends on August 15;

For persons applying for correspondence education, it starts on June 15 and ends on September 19.

11.3. When applying for admission to the BRANCH for the basic vocational educational program of secondary vocational education, the applicant submits the following documents:

A copy of the applicant's identity document, or a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2002, No. 30 , art. 3032);

The original document of the state standard on education (or its duly certified photocopy), or the original document of a foreign state on education, recognized as equivalent in the Russian Federation to the state document on secondary (complete) general education (or its duly certified photocopy), if the need with a certificate of establishing its equivalence, or originals of a document of a foreign state on education and annexes to it legalized in the established manner (if necessary) (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document on education was issued)

A duly certified translation into Russian of the document of a foreign state on education and its annexes (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document on education was issued);

Copies of documents or other evidence confirming the belonging of a compatriot living abroad to the groups provided for in Article 4 of the Federal Law of 01.01.01 "On the state policy of the Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad" (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1999, No. 22 , p. 2670; 2002, No. 22, p. 2031; 2004, No. 35, p. 3607; 2006, No. 1, p. 10; No. 31, p. 3420; 2008, No. 30, p. 3616);

All translations into Russian must be made in the name and surname indicated on the entry visa.

11.4. Entrance tests for foreign citizens entering the BRANCH for training in basic vocational educational programs of secondary vocational education with secondary (complete) general education, primary vocational, secondary vocational and higher vocational education, are conducted by the BRANCH in general subjects: "Russian language", " Mathematics".

The results of all entrance examinations are assessed on a 100-point scale.

Entrance tests are carried out in writing.

11.5. If foreign citizens submit the results of the unified state exam in general education subjects "Russian language", "Mathematics", the BRANCH takes into account the results of the unified state exam as the results of entrance examinations.
