But, a number of points can already be highlighted: 1. Anatoly Aleksandrovich has all the necessary range of preparatory and auxiliary materials and techniques that may be needed during preparation. Problem books, textbooks, skype for remote studies. A relaxed, calm manner with a fairly quick search for the necessary material speaks of professionalism. 2. undoubtedly knows the material well, distributing it well according to the level of the student. 3. Competently gives the student the necessary time for making independent decisions, helping in doses where difficulties arise. 4. quickly and efficiently responds to requests to change the training program, if they are justified - for example, "out of turn" to bring up a topic needed at school. Or - to specific requests. (As with us - I asked you to gradually reach a fast pace of solving problems). 5. in the son's opinion - inspires confidence in the student - with a somewhat enhanced "academic" approach, he offers to solve problems "as if together", sorting out mistakes and solutions, leaves himself "as if" a second role. Confidence in grade 10 is very important. There is still time to acquire decision-making skills, but the approach, courage, and relaxedness are being formed now. My son likes it. We do 2 r / week for a month. We plan to cover the main topics of algebra for 10 grades, then connect physics, from January-February - test your strength at the Olympiads, - see the result of training in "combat" conditions. I worked with the teacher from the end of February to June, for three or four months we worked for sure. I got excellent results.
You know, the result in physics was not particularly pleasing, but I have no comments on the tutor. We did not reach the level of points that we needed. But we turned to Rodion Vladimirovich too late. I cannot evaluate his work now.
