It is unacceptable to send passwords by e-mail, publish on the Internet or transfer a file with passwords using removable devices (flash drives, CDs), to which unauthorized access is not excluded.
The TOE login to work in the “StatGrad” system (hereinafter “login”) is unique within the system and is intended to identify the TOE in the system. The login can be changed at the discretion of the system administration (in this case, the system administration immediately notifies the TOE). The login is not secret.
Responsibility for the confidential storage and use of passwords for access to the "StatGrad" system rests with the head of the PA. By order, he appoints a coordinator for work with the StatGrad system (as a rule, this is a deputy head for educational work) and, if necessary, a technical specialist responsible for receiving and sending materials.
The person responsible for work in the “StatGrad” system must ensure the confidential storage of all materials received through the “StatGrad” system until the officially announced end time of the event for which these materials are intended.
In case of loss, disclosure of access passwords and the appearance of problems when changing passwords via the Internet, the person responsible for work in the StatGrad system should immediately inform about this by e-mail ( [email protected]) and wait for instructions on how to solve problems.
