Apply to the Unified State Exam registration point
This must be done before February 1. Later, you will be able to apply only if there is a valid reason, which will be documented, but no later than two weeks before the start of the exams. The decision in this case is taken by the State Examination Commission (SEC).
At this stage, you need to decide on the period for passing the exams and the subjects that you will take.

What documents are needed to register for the exam
You need to provide:
- the passport;
- sNILS certificate (if any);
- consent to the processing of personal data;
- school certificate or diploma of graduation from a technical school or college;
- a certificate from a secondary vocational institution, if you are still continuing your studies;
- a document from a medical institution, if you have health limitations (a certificate or a certified copy of it about disability, a copy of the recommendations of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission).
At some points you may be asked for additional copies of these documents, so make them better in advance.
Get notified
To do this, you need to arrive at the time specified by the registration point. Usually no later than two weeks before the start of the exam. The notice will include the dates and addresses of the Testing Points (PEPs) and your unique registration number. A notification is issued only after presentation of the passport.

Come to the exam
Admission to the PPE is carried out strictly according to the passport. For past graduates, there are no other options. If you have forgotten your identity document, you will not be admitted.
Exams in all subjects start at 10:00 am local time. We recommend arriving 45 minutes before the start. Plan ahead. If you are late, skip the briefing. You will have less time to complete tasks.

What to take with you to the exam
According to the rules for holding the exam in the PPE, you must take:
- the passport;

Find out your results
Each region independently sets the terms and methods of notifying about the results of the exam. However, the time frame for checking and processing the results should not be longer than the schedule approved by Rosobrnadzor. For example: checking and processing the results of the exam in mathematics and the Russian language must be completed no later than six days after passing. For other subjects - in four days.
You can find out your results in the local education authorities (on the website or a special stand) or at the points where you registered. You can also use a special service, where you need to enter your registration number (indicated on the coupon that you need to keep) or your passport number.
The certificate is not issued. All results are entered into an electronic database. Their validity period is 4 years (the year of delivery does not count). If you do not agree with the points awarded, then within two working days from the date of the official publication of the results, you have the right to submit a written appeal at the place of registration of the exam. You will be able to retake exams only next year.

In order for the student to be admitted to the exam, he must write a final essay. The essay does not receive an assessment in points, only a pass or fail. Students with disabilities and students of some other categories may choose presentation instead of the final essay. Graduates of previous years can submit an essay at will.
Who can take the USE, OGE or GVE exams ahead of schedule
Graduates of the 11th and 9th grades, respectively, can pass the examinations of the USE, OGE or GVE ahead of schedule, who:
fully mastered the curriculum,
have no academic debt and
received admission from the pedagogical council of the school.
Also, graduates of previous years who could not pass the exam or want to improve their grade take exams at an early stage.

Graduates of the current year:
can get admission to early exams from the pedagogical council of the school;
to do this, you must apply at your school.
Past graduates:
- submit an application at the offices of the Regional Information Processing Center (RCOI) of the city of Moscow (for residents of the city of Moscow - rcoi.mcko.ru/rcoi/departments/).

Who can take early?
Young people who have mastered the school curriculum have the right to choose.
This is about:
- (both about those who graduated from school many years ago, and about those who received a certificate only a couple of years ago);
- children who graduated from technical schools, lyceums, schools and who have the appropriate certification certificates.

Difficulty of the exam
There is an opinion that the questions for preliminary certification are easier, because graduates of previous school programs participate in them - those who did not go through some topics and did not come across a certain format of assignments. Whatever the reasons for the early passing of the exam, psychologists are convinced that passing tests ahead of time is postponed much easier, since there is no large influx of people, so the whole process takes place in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Period
The current USE schedule is published annually in late December - early January on the official information portal of the unified state exam. As a rule, the early stage takes place from the 20th of March and covers a little more than a week in April. One day is allotted for the delivery of each compulsory and additional subject. Those who, for good reason, were unable to attend the exams, can take the exam in three reserve days, which ends the early period.
To pass the exam before the others, you need to take part in the early USE exam before February 1 (inclusive). Eleventh graders submit it at school, graduates of the past - at the place of registration at the SIA (specific institutions are determined by the educational authorities at the regional level).
The application indicates the items that are supposed to be handed over. Attached to the document is a certificate stating that the secondary school program has been fully mastered (for schoolchildren and college students), and for graduates of previous years - a copy of the certificate.
